Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The returned product meets our return eligibility criteria.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Size-related issues where size charts were provided (exchange may be offered subject to availability).

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Video require while unpacking , only photos of the product can’t be valid.
  4. Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned as instructed.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
