Return & Exchange Policy
At Swaiam Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
- Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible Reasons
Returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Size issue
- Manufacturing defect or damaged product
- Product significantly different from the description shown on our website
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Products returned without original tags and packaging
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may exchange a product for a different size or another product of equal value.
- If the exchanged product is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Once approved, we will provide further instructions for pickup or return shipment.
